Delta Air Lines And Frontier Aircraft Collide On The Tarmac At Charlotte Douglas International Airport
Delta Air Lines (DL5051) and Frontier Airlines (flight 2395) had a minor ground collision during pushback at Charlotte Douglas International Airport on July 27, according to Delta and Frontier and the airport. Frontier’s wing contacted the tail of a Delta Connection (Endeavor Air) aircraft. Delta removed its CRJ-900 from service for maintenance review; both flights were canceled and Frontier said no injuries were reported and passengers received vouchers.
