VIAVI Solutions Inc. (VIAV) has filed a prospectus supplement for a common stock offering of 11,111,111 shares at $45.00 per share, aiming to raise approximately $499.99 million in gross proceeds. The company intends to use the estimated net proceeds of $484.4 million primarily to repay its $450 million Term Loan B.
