JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) said XTEND completed integration of Atlas into its XTEND organization. XTEND added four XOS-powered ISR platforms, more than 4,200 deployed systems, and expanded its European footprint, naming Latvia its manufacturing and engineering hub. The release also notes AtlasRADIO tactical communications and continued progress toward JFB and XTEND’s all-stock merger to form XTEND AI Robotics under ticker XTND.

JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) and XTEND announced they filed an amended Form S-4 registration statement with the SEC for their proposed business combination. The companies said the filing advances the SEC review process and, once effective, the final prospectus/information statement will be sent to JFB stockholders. They expect closing in Q3 2026 and the combined company to trade on the NYSE as “XTND.”

The company said the patent supports its XOS autonomy platform and is relevant for contested environments.
