Archer to acquire Boeing’s key units Wisk Aero, Insitu and SkyGrid
Archer Aviation said it signed a definitive agreement with Boeing to acquire Boeing’s subsidiaries Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu. Archer expects the deal to combine eVTOL and autonomy with unmanned aircraft systems and AI software, supporting its ZEE platform. Boeing said the transaction lets the units accelerate development while Boeing continues building on its investments.
