Its acquired Houdini Swap generated about C$1.1M revenue and C$740k EBITDA in June 2026, with C$92M trading volume across 34,427 orders. The company said 2025 Houdini revenue was about $13M. Staking and validation revenue fell 6% QoQ to 9,171 SOL, while it holds ~524,000 SOL.

It closed the Houdini Swap acquisition (June 1) and said Houdini Swap is now integrated with Jumper (live on jumper.xyz). It settled about CAD$5.75m debt by selling 65,001 SOL at CAD$87.88/SOL; treasury held 460,017 SOL (~CAD$50.6m). Houdini Swap reported $2.7b cumulative volume and 1.1m swaps; STKESOL staked 646,528 SOL.

The company later corrected a June 18 release stating the integration was live; it is still in progress. Once live, Jumper users can run private swap/bridge/receive transactions on jumper.xyz via Houdini’s API with AML/KYT screening.
