AtaiBeckley (ATAI) gained 33.4% on an Eli Lilly (LLY) acquisition deal up to $3.8B. Abbott (ABT) rose 10.7% after Q2 results and raised FY26 adjusted EPS outlook to $5.45-$5.60.

Virax Biolabs Group Limited (Nasdaq: VRAX) said it closed the exercise of preferred investment options for about $3.3 million gross proceeds. The options cover 548,000 ordinary shares at a reduced $6.00 exercise price (from $10.00). New Series A and Series B warrants were issued, and net proceeds will fund working capital.

Virax Biolabs Group Limited (Nasdaq: VRAX) said it will immediately exercise certain preferred investment options to buy up to 548,000 ordinary shares at a reduced $6.00 exercise price, down from $10.00. The company expects about $3.3 million gross proceeds. It will issue new Series A and Series B options/warrants and expects closing around July 10, 2026, subject to conditions.

The deal covers Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia, with near-term revenue via purchase orders.

The deal provides immediate product supply via purchase orders and targets near-term revenue, including tuberculosis-related RUO research in Thailand. VRAX also completed a 1-for-25 share consolidation.

The deal covers six Southeast Asian markets and enables near-term supply via purchase orders, with initial focus on tuberculosis research applications in Thailand. Fosun Pharma reported 2025 revenue of RMB41.662 billion (~US$5.8 billion).
