Antelope Enterprise Holdings Ltd

Antelope Enterprise is a British Virgin Islands holding company with no material operations of its own. Through subsidiaries in China, it provides livestream e-commerce services and business management and information systems consulting services. Its livestream e-commerce business serves consumer goods brands, merchants and small-scale e-commerce platforms, matching products with hosts and influencers who promote them through livestreams on social media and e-commerce platforms. Antelope says it plans to launch an energy supply business through AEHL US, supplying power to a data center in Midland, Texas, and generating revenue by securing hosting sites for cryptocurrency mining operators.
