McGraw Hill cuts another $50M of debt, targets 2-2.5x leverage
McGraw Hill (MH) repaid $50M of its term loan, reducing leverage. Since its July 2025 IPO, the company has paid down $659M. It aims for a leverage ratio of 2-2.5x, according to the company.
