Colorado AG urges Supreme Court to let Boulder climate lawsuit proceed

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser filed a U.S. Supreme Court brief urging the Court to let Boulder’s climate lawsuit proceed against ExxonMobil and Suncor Energy. Boulder alleges the firms misled the public about greenhouse gas impacts.
