Schneider Electric spends S$25 million to automate Tuas logistics hub, reskill workers
Schneider Electric (SU.PA) is investing S$25 million to automate its Tuas logistics hub in Singapore by 2027, with upgrades including robotics and AI. The project aims to boost productivity by 20% and handle 40% of outbound goods. S$19 million will be allocated to reskilling 26 workers for new roles. The upgrade is supported by Singapore's Economic Development Board.
