Tariff recovery fuels major profit upswing in Columbia Sportswear’s Q2
Columbia Sportswear reported Q2 net sales of $614.4m, up 2% year on year, with operating income of $30.9m. Gross margin rose to 58.3%, with about 980 bps attributed to US tariff refunds. Net income was $26.6m, or $0.52 diluted EPS. For 2026, it forecasts sales $3.43bn-$3.50bn and EPS $4.45-$4.90, assuming tariff rates stay unchanged.
